Section 5 : SET O Form : Rent / Mortgage payments

Hi everyone,
Regarding Section 5 in SET O Form, it asks whether the home is rented or mortgaged. If rented/mortgage how much monthly do you pay.
5.1 Is your home in the UK:
Owned by you? Rented from a local authority or housing
association by you? Privately rented by you? Owned or rented by a relative or friend?
Other? Give details below
5.2 Do you or your partner, or both, pay
any rent or mortgage for your home?
Yes No If so, how much do you
pay each month?
My situation is I am in a rented accommodation at place A but I own mortgaged property at place in B in UK.
So, can I write My home where I live is Rented ?
Also, the rent gets paid for place A from my partner's account but I pay the Mortgage for place B which I own.
Do they check the Bank statements and match the amount going out monthly for Rent/Mortgage. ?
If yes, Do I need to attach my partner's account statement as well to show Rent paid ?
