Hello,

Can anybody answer my question and provide link to reference documents ?

How many days my wife is allowed to stay outside of UK (absence from UK) in a period 12 consecutive months and in a period of five consecutive years to meet the continuous period requirement - an eligibility criteria for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) ?

Immigration details:-

I came to UK in April 2011 on Tier1 General visa
I got Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) in UK in April 2016
I got married in India in August 2016
My wife got spouse visa (three years) in October 2016 and she arrived in UK in November 2016
I got British Citizenship in October 2017

Thanks,

Absence limit for PBS dependants only apply if the leave was granted after 11 Jan 2018
See: Big changes to continuous residence rule for ILR applicants under PBS

It's incorrect if they granted her 3 years instead of 33 months.

What category did she apply for?

How much was the fee?

Did she have to satisfy any English language requirements?

What were the finiancial requirements?

@zimba88, You mean, 180 day rule do not apply for ILR dependent ?

@vinny, Yes, visa was granted for 33 months, valid untill July 2019
Type of Permit: SPOUSE/PARTNER LEAVE TO ENTER

See also the guidance relating to time spent outside the UK for spouses under Appendix FM.
