Hi

I need som guidance please

We were granted ancestral visas in 2013. My wife is the sponsor and I am a dependant. At that time, the two children dependants were aged 16 and 13.

We are now applying for ILR and the children will be aged 21 and 18 at point of application.

Do we process one set O application form for all four of us and all attend the same interview or do the children have to submit their own separate applications and have separate interviews fromy wife and myself as they are over 18?

Thanks for the assistance...
Jason

Separate forms for each child, as the form states I believe.

Separate appointments for each of them, but you could probably submit all together.

Hi

Thank you very much for the response... We will have to submit all together as we only have one set of original documents that were required for the original application for the ancestra visa...

Thanks
Jason...

Members have reported that even though separates appointments are booked (very close together), they are able to submit all at the same time.
