This group has been amazing help always.

I am facing an odd issue now.

Initial Ent application approved June 2013

I applied for extension in June 2016. Approval received after 19 months on Sept 2017. I had 2 full time employees all this time.

Now I am eligible for ILR in June 2018. BUT if employee period is counted AFTER extension then am i short on employment hours? or i am good to go. pls help.

you can claim past 12 months employment exactly before ILR Application. So as per rules;

"where that leave was granted less than 12 months ago, for at least the 12 months immediately before the date of application"
