Hi Guys,
My immigration details are as under;
Came to UK as student = 2006
Got PSW= = 2009-2011
Left UK =2009-2010
Back to UK = Oct 2010
Got Tier G =Mar 2011
Family got Visa =!3 July 2011
Applied for ILR 0n T1 G = April 2016
Got interview for Tax issues not paid full = April 2017
Received Tax questionnaire in = Nov 2017
Varied Application for ILR(LR) = Dec 2017
Received tax questionnaire again = May 2018
7 Years for children in uk = 13 July 2018

Now my question is;
1- If amend tax which is not in good favour of me as the difference will be in ore than £40,000. What are my chances of sucess?

2. Can i get an extension for further 28 days to reply to tax questionnaire, as it will take my children to 7 years on 13 July 2018?

3. What are my chances of getting the family visa on 7 years rule?

I hope i will have some one with good knowledge and experience.
