Hello Gurus,
I need your help. We got our ILR visa for the family (myself, my wife and daughter) on Sep 2013. My wife and I had been given visa valid for 10 years (until Sep 2023) however my daughters visa was given only for 5 years (until Sep 2018).

We haven't applied for Citizenship yet.

We totally forgot that our daughter's visa is valid only for 5 years.

My wife and daughter are planning to go to India in July/August to India for my wife's medical treatment.

What are the options here?

Should I just extend my daughter's ILR visa or apply for citizenship? How does this affect their travel to India?

PLease help.

Thanks,
Raj

Apply for a replacement ILR BRP before traveling.

Thanks for your prompt response. All I need to do is just apply for replacement ILR BRP as the validity is only until SEP 2018? Don't I need a new application for my extension? If it just getting replacement ILR BRP, this would save lot of hassle and money?

Many thanks for your help on this.
