Hi Everyone,
Could you please help me with some advice?
My employer has agreed to increase my salary to meet min salary requirement of £35,500 per annum. However, they said that I would have to work extra hours for that. I know that HO don’t consider overtime towards salary requirements.
Is there any way to get it all sorted?
Many thanks in advance.

If you works extra hours, the HO will only count maximum 48 hours per week. So if you can make the salary over 35500 by working no more than 48 hrs per week then it is fine.

Thank you so much for my reply. I highly appreciate that.
Yes I will make the 35,500 by working less than 48 hours.
However my normal contractual hours are 37,5 per week and it was mentioned in my Tier 2 General visa application a few years ago. So I am just a bit worried that when we mention in my IRL application that a number of hours had increased (in a letter from my employer) HO may not accept it. Could you please let me kbow if such risk exists?
Thank you.

Hi Olgin,
Were you successful with the application? Please suggest. I am also in the same situation now. Your advice would help me in big time.
