ILR eligibility: My wife has different date of switching to Tier 2

Hi

I am planning to apply for ILR (5 year on tier 2 route) next month.
My tier 2 visa started on July 2013 (I switched from Tier 4).
My wife came to UK on tier 4 dependent visa in 2012. However, she switched to Tier 2 dependent visa 4 months later than me on November 2013 (according to the date on BRP). So, her tier 2 visa length is 4 months shorter than me.
However, she is living with me in the UK for more than 6 year (previously on Tier 4).

Can we apply together for ILR? or should she apply to extend dependent visa and then apply separately in November when she completes her 5 year on Tier 2 dependent visa?

Many thanks

No she need to stay in the UK for 5 years. or should she apply to extend dependent visa (She should extend dependent visa through Tier 2 dependent route) and then apply separately in November when she completes her 5 year on Tier 2 dependent visa (Yes. Apply as Tier 2 dependent using SET(O))?

Many thanks
