Hi

I am applying for ILR through the 5 years tier 2 general route. I have completed the application online and at the end of that application i was given the list of documents to print and send. One of those was the biometric enrolment letter. Does it mean that I have to do the enrolment now or do I wait until i receive this letter by post?
Also should I expect to receive a letter confirming that they have received my documents? Knowing that I have received an email confirmation that my online application was received.

You can do your biometrics now with the letter

Shouldn’t they post a letter for me to ask for it first? As I haven’t had any letter from them yet

The online letter is the new service, you can use it. You might still get a postal one but you can ignore it if you enroll with the online letter you print out for biometrics.
