Hello all.

I am currently on a spouse visa that expires on 2021 june. I arrived in the UK on june 2010.

The issue is that i recently divorced my British spouse but regardless I have my visa till 2021 anyway.

Can i now apply for a 10 year long stay ILR in 2020 being a divorcee?

Please help!!!

As you are now divorced and the relationship is no longer subsisting, your partner should inform HO of this and your visa will be curtailed/cancelled as your British ex spouse is no longer your sponsor for your spouse visa.
