Job Creation Requirement for ILR

Dear Gurus,
I applied for Tier 1 Extension in March 2017 and waiting for the outcome after the interview taken in my business premises on 26 Nov 2017. I will be eligible to apply ILR on the basis on 5 years in approx 7 months.
Assuming this that the outcome is not coming in next ILR.
My Question is;
In extension application i claimed my one employee on full time job for 24 months as i am pre april 2014.
For ILR can i use that only one employee as he is on my payroll from last 3 years now. if not then at the moment my one employee is doing 45 hours a week (full time) and the 2nd employee is doing 24 hours a week (part time). Am i fulfilling the requirement by adding the hours of both or it has to be 2 full time employees for ILR ?
