How to complete set(o) form for multiple depents ILR on page 23

Hi
I am stuck on page 23. It requires that this page be filled for each dependent. Should i copy and write each dependents name on it and then fill it accordingly?

The form says "photocopy if required". If you require more space for additional dependents, then photocopy the page

Thanks for reply.
I will photocopy for each dependent. But this page does not contain the space for each dependent name. What should I do about this?
