Detail immigration history from the beginning of yours, your wife and daughter are required for discussion. No advice can be given without these information.

Hi all,
I am the first time user asking for any help if possible that would be really great.
I am a student on Tier4 and my wife is on dependent visa. My daughter was born last year in UK. I will be eligible for ILR 10 year route next month (Inshallah). Once I can get my ILR, than I can apply for my daughter;s nuetralisation and than UK Passport accordingly. My question is what about my wife, which visa does she require, how much maintenance funds I need to show and for how long as I cant work more than 20 hours at the moment. Does she need to go back or she can apply with UK...
Looking forward
Thanks a lot!!
