i have filled up my ILR form and have booked appointment and need help on below documentation:

-which document to provide for evidence of immigration status in UK (please note: the check list also have current biometric permit), so i would like to know if its same thing or i need to present something else.

- for the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules. (Which document is need for this)

It is your BRP card.

Without knowing what your full UK immigration history is, impossible to answer. If you have only held Tier 2, then nothing you need to attach.
