Hi,

I have filled in my online application, clicked "I accept the above" in the declaration step. And now am on the "pay" screen but haven't paid yet.

Recently there has been some confusion on this forum about what is considered as date of application in case of an online application with premium booking.

I am eligible to apply from the 15th of august but was going to fill in the online application and book the appointment now.

But if the application date is considered to be the day you submit your application online and not your appointment day, i would just like to book the appointment without filling the online form and take the paper form with me on the day.

So my question is, can i just book an online appointment(without filling the form) with a different email or the application i have filled online is already submitted?

Yes but then you will only be able to use the paper form to apply for ILR.

Submitted once paid.

Thanks for the reply CR. if i do fill the form online, is the date of application the day i pay and submit or the day of the appointment?

The day you pay fees and submit your application online and not the PSC appointment day
