Good day everyone ,
I came in uk 2008 as a student visa
2011 I applied tier 2 that took a year to process - appealed for refused and re- applied
After a year my tier 2 granted
I applied ILR 10 year route JAN 2018 , got refused last June 12, 2018
Have the right to appeal
Ground : 1 year gap
In that one year gap April 25,2011-march 19,2012 no visa
I had a pending application in HO.
Home office stated that I have no visa on that gap
So there's no continuous 10 years route .
Do i have a big chance in these appeal ?
Many thanks

Can you provide more information about your immigration history? If you could give dates of events, then you might be able to get better advice here.
Depending on what happened during the time you lost the appeal and when you made a new application, it is possible that you broke the continuity, if you provide your dates, it will be easier to help
