Dear All,

I'm looking for a 10 year route ILR, I'm just afraid while applying for Visa renewal my dates does not cover my entire stay in UK on my BRP.

These are my dates:

27-09-2012---23-01-17 On My Passport

on the last date i.e 23/01/17 or 22/01/17 (I dont remember) I applied for extension on my Tier4 visa..I got my new BRP dates as 02-03-2017 to 03-11-17.

here's the problem..while I was still in UK during the whole time ...the dates between 24-01-17 to 01-03-17 are no where to be seen on either my passport or BRP. (processing time for visa)

did it just break my continuous residence? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks
Niks

If you submitted an extension application BEFORE your visa expired, you are covered and protected by Section 3C, of the Immigration Rules, i.e. your EXISTING visa conditions at the time continue till a decision is made on the new application.
