Apply PR under Diplomatic Posting to UK visa (exempt vignette)

Hi guys,
Im currently working for an international organisation in UK and Im wonder if I can apply for PR/ILR after 5 years working here? Appreciated your help!

No.
However, exemption from Immigration controls under Section
8(2), etc., also counts as being Free from immigration time restrictions.
Moreover,
The following are not technically absent from the UK:
• locally engaged non-diplomatic members of missions
• people exempt from immigration control under section 8(2) of the Immigration Act 1971 – consular staff and certain employees of international organisations
If still exempt after the 5-year period, then it may be
possible to
naturalise.

Thanks Vinny, so that mean there is no way that I can apply for ILR? Or should there is any another ways?
My visa type is VAFDIP1.

ILR requires 10 years under
Long residence. However, I
think you
may (bypass ILR and) naturalise after completing 5 years and are still under exempt status, subject to the standard
naturalisation requirements.
