Hi,
I am going to apply for ILR using set O in couple of days time. I am applying based on T1 entrepreneur 5 years route. I have two speeding offences on my DVLA. First in Sep 2015 and second in Mar 2016. Both time i was fined £100 plus 3 penalty points. One is SP30 and other is SP50. I did not challenge those and did not attend any court. In form i have mentioned these. I was wondering if these points are going to cause problem in my ILR application. If anyone had driving offence and applied for ILR then please let me know. Thank you in advance.

From the application form:

“You must give details of all criminal convictions, including spent convictions. This includes convictions for road traffic offences, including drink-driving offences, but not fixed penalty notices (such as speeding or parking tickets).”

So it’s not required to declared.

Thank you very much for your reply. Can any one else confirm if this is true?
