Question regarding salary increase(s)

I have a quick question regarding salary increase(s).
Between the time I moved on Tier 2 (in 2013) to now, my salary has increase considerably (by almost 40%) over the last 5 years.
It was always above the ILR threshold required (from day 1 of Tier 2) and has always been updated in the SMS (I have my PSC appointment for ILR due in early August)
I know I'm overthinking this, but it'll be helpful to know if this is at all an issue?
