Hello,

I have been trying to get premium service appointment for ILR for about last 7 days but unable to find any at any of the centres. I have tried it at midnight, 6 am, 9 am, noon and as and when I can but no luck.
Well I was shown many appointments at the Cardiff centre once but unfortunately my browser crashed and it did not show me any appointment when I searched immediately after.

I have a feeling that there is some IT system defect.
It says that all appointments for the next 45 days are full. I am not sure when new appointments for the 46th day are released.

Not sure if I am the only one who is facing this issue.

Do agents have separate quota for premium service appointments?

I will be very grateful if someone can provide me with any tips. I really want to book it as soon as possible. Thanks.

There is no quota for agents, a few years ago they were able to book but no longer.

It’s their IT system, the booking platform is unstable. Keep trying at midnight, it’ll get fixed eventually.

Thanks. I was able to book an appointment at Glasgow. I tried it at 5:15 this morning.
