HELP CHOOSING RIGHT FORM - HELP, PLEASE (URGENT)

Hi Guys,

Quick help for my piece of mind!! Help will be really appreciated!

I am applying for Indefinite Leave to Remain following 5 years of my marriage (to a British partner).

I just wanted to clarify something regarding the same day service booking service.

There are a number of categories on this page -

https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... nt-booking

I should pick this option, shouldn’t I? SET (M) - Indefinite leave to remain (settlement) in the UK as the partner of a person present and settled in the UK

Or, do I need to pick this option? FLR (M) - Leave to remain (permission to stay) in the UK as the partner of a person present and settled in the UK, or as a partner of a person with refugee leave or humanitarian protection

Thanks guys.

SET(M) = settlement based on 5 years married to a British citizen & meeting the requirements route.

FLR(M) = Further leave to remian are extensions based on married to a British citizen.

If your are completing you qualifying period of 5 years and you meet the requirements, you will apply for indefinite leave to remain using SET(M)

You should also read the SET(M) guidance for further clarification.

URGENT - Salary Increase issue in application form

Hi Guys,

Can someone please help me with this? I am applying for ILR this month, and I have to show my salary for the past six months.

I have had an increase in salary from April 2018, so basically from December 2017 until March 2018, my salary was X and then from April 2018 to current, my salary is Y - all over £18,600 per year.

How do I write this on the form, on pages 25, 26 and 27? Can you please let me know? Should I add a little note to the side of the box explaining it?

My employer’s letter already has mentioned the increase in salary from April 2018.

Clearly Set(M) after 5 years as spouse of BC if the £18,600pa salary is being mentioned
