Train ticket fine in Germany

Hi All,
I was fined for 60 Euro in Germany while I was travelling on the train. I purchased the train ticket but I missed my stop. So the ticket inspector insisted to give me a fine... I felt this was unfair but I paid the fine straightafter.
Now I am just wondering should I disclose this on my ILR application form?
Thanks!

This has no relevance to your ILR

Thanks for your quick reply. But I was told that we should always disclose fixed penalty notices such as parking tickets. So I thought a ticket on the train would also be similar?

FPNs do not need to be declared ONLY convictions

Umm, question 7.3 is asking for any other penalty?

Listed in section 7 of the SET (0) Paper form
"You must give details of all criminal convictions, including spent convictions. This includes convictions for road traffic offences, including drink-driving offences, but not fixed penalty notices (such as speeding or parking tickets)."
I recently had my ILR approved and did not disclose a speeding ticket (settled) as it was a FPN.

Section 7.3 specifically relates to CRIMINAL offences.
