This is exactly what it say in the leeter
You have applied for indefinite leave to remain in the United Kingdom as a person granted asylum or human protection but you were convicted of restricting or obstructing a constable . The Secretary of State is satisfied with in the 24 months prior to the date on which your application has been decided , you have been convicted of or admited an offence for which you have received a non - custodial sentence
For this reason you fail to meet the requirement for indefinite leave to remain for person granted asylum or human protection and your application for settlement is refused .
Please help

Hi evryone please I need your help
I have applied for indefinite leave to remain as a refuge after my 5 years leave to remain visa finished unfortunately my application for ILR is refused this is exactly what the home office leeter say : you have applied for indefinite leave to remain in the United Kingdom as a person granted asylum or human protection but you were convicted of restricting or obstructing a constable . The Secretary of State is satisfied with in the 23 months prior to the date on which application has been decided , you have been convicted of or admited an offence for which you have received a non - custodial sentence . For this reason your application for settlement has been refused . But your your uk residence permit has been extended for 3 years .
Beofre this period of leave expires , you will need to applay for further period of leave .
My queasion is am I alegible to applay for indefinite leave to remain once this 3 yers leave to remain is finished bc my convtiom
Will be spent ? Or bc in the leeter say you will need to apply for further period of leave I am not allowed to applay for indefinite leave to remain bc I was once refused ?
I would appreciate your kind answers
Regards
Dawit
