Category F Self employment Income for ILR

I have a simple question.
I will be applying in a week time for ILR from my Spouse visa. I am a self employed and my last year turnover is £35000 and Gross income is £ 22000 and my net income is £19400.
Now the question is what figure I need to show on my last year tax return to Home Office, the Gross income or the net income on category F?
