ILR SET(M) Queries

Hello
I will apply for ILR SET(M) 5-year route in Sep.
1st FLR(M): 2-Oct-2013 to 2-Apr-2016 (renewed on 19-Mar-2016)
2nd FLR(M): 19-Mar-2016 to 3-Oct-2018
(These are the dates on the BRP Card)
1. I am planning to apply in a premium service centre (if I can get an appointment) on 7-Sep-2018. Just want to make sure that this falls within 28 days before my FLR(M) expires and I'm qualified for the 5-year route?
2. On SET(M) form page 42, details of absence periods from the UK, how detailed should the reasons be? Can I just say 'Holiday in Paris'? Or do I need to say more like where I stayed and who I went with? And do I need to specify how many days?
