Congrats on your ILR.

I am on Tier 1 General Dependent visa and My Husband is on ILR.

I will be applying for ILR using set o form shortly.

My husband is a director of a Limited Company , i own 48% share of the company and i get salary (payslips) and dividends, do i need to show this along with the application.

Please senior members, can you also comment.

I am doing contracting and I have a limited company to which i am a director.

My wife is also a share holder and gets payslips and dividend voucher.

Please can you let me know, does my wife needs to submit the payslips and dividend voucher, other documents related to her employment.

Also do i need to submit any documents related to my contracting

No. PBS dependants do not require to show evidence of finances

5.3 - Are you working in the UK ? - I think we need to say Yes, because she works in my limited company, please can you clarity, if i say yes, we need to provide proof of evidence ?

You must answer those however there is NO income requirement for PBS dependants. Send last 3 months payslips
