Hi Guys ,
thanks for all the job you all are doing to help with advice.Just imagine how much people like my self will pay for legal aid.

Please i am applying for LR 10 year route next month at a premium service centre , i have been on student visa , PSW and tier 4 for 10 years.I am currently on Tier 4 visa.
However 6 months ago, i received a letter from HMRC of underpaid TAX on PAYE for £500. So i set up a payment plan and have been paying it ever since , its remaining almost £200.

My question is ,will this TAX affect my ILR LR application ?
Should i get a loan from friends and pay it before the Appointment?
Should i add any HMRC documents to my supporting documents showing tax paid during my appointment?

Many thanks Guys for your advice !

Should i get a loan from friends and pay it before the Appointment? Not necessary, as you are paying it back as agreed with HMRC.
Should i add any HMRC documents to my supporting documents showing tax paid during my appointment? Not necessary.

Many thanks Guys for your advice !

Thanks for your reply Cyclina.

One more question ,going through the blog and i cant stop to notice , people submitting bank statements , pay slips ,P60s and all sorts. Are this other documents required for ten years LR applications? To be honest i may not have all these documents.

You need to follow the form and what it states you must submit.

Many people apply for ILR using different visa routes and each route is different. Extra documents are required for long residence ILR but ONLY if you have NOT got all your passports OR if you are counting time spent under the EEA/EU rules.

This explanation puts my mind to rest.
I have all my passports covering the 10 years period. So these should be fine.
Thanks so much !

Hi Guys , its me again :D

Please just wondering how long does it take to get a decision from ILR LR postal applications , as i am struggling coming up with 3k Pounds for premium. Do i have to pay the full amount (app & serv fee) all at once when booking the appointment?

thanks so much guys! :D

Yes.

Postal can take up to 6 months, often longer.
