Hope every one is ok. Just a quick question about continuity. My T1 ent app (switching) was refused and I submitted the set(o) within 10 days while i was on 3C. I didn’t request the AR. Set(o) refused with in country appeal. Appeal logged within 5 days. 10 years completed in a month time and I submitted set(lr) along with the appeal withdrawal email confirmation. Can anyone let me know about my continuity. I tried to upgrade to priority but no luck. Bio done as well. Almost 5 month completed. Received one letter about complex issue letter. Still waiting.

What was the reason for the refusal of your SET(O) application?

Thanks for your reply. I applied on set(o) to buy some time so 10 years is completed. I applied on “other” category (human rights). Refusal was general like no family here, no compassionate factors ,, etc but i had in country right of appeal. If you need more information please feel free.
