5 years continuous stay differences between partner and main applicant

Hi,
I came to U.K on 1 July 2014 on Tier 2 General Visa however my kids and wife had joined me in U.K five months later (i.e 1 Dec 2014). I will be eligible to apply for ILR on 1 July 2019 but not my dependents. So the question is can we all apply at the same time for ILR despite my dependents haven't completed 5 years of stay on 1 July 2019 ?
Or is there an option to apply alone once I complete 5 years and later apply for my dependent ILR once they complete their 5 years stay.
Or i need to wait till we all complete 5 years stay in U.K, i.e is there any rules that main applicant and dependents need to apply for ILR together.
Regards
Sunil.

No you cannot. Your dependents must apply in December 2019.

Yes there is the requirement.

You can apply when you qualify and they can apply on their own when they qualify later.

Many thanks for your response. Just a follow up query.
In case I apply for ILR when I qualify (i.e July 2019) and dependents apply when they qualify (i.e. Dec 2019) will there be same cost or It will be a costly option?

The ILR fee is the same for everyone applying, it is an individual fee. There is no 'family application' fee.
Provided of course that their visas are valid till they qualify for ILR otherwise they will have to apply for an extension.

Thanks CR001,
Yes there Visa valid till July 2020.
So in case I get ILR do I need to change 'immediately' dependent Visas as well to make it ILR dependent rather than tier 2 dependent or something like that or they can stay on there tier 2 gen dependent Visa till they apply for ILR.

They can stay on their dependent visas until they qualify for ILR and then apply on form Set(O). The rules allow this.
