Dear Friends,

I am going to submit my application this month and believe I have prepared my case fully but natural I am still in stress. I thought to share my application and except your feedback.

Background:
17/09/2008 arrived in the UK on study visa. Tier 4 valid from 01/09/2008 to 31/07/2010.
13/08/2010, I was granted extension of Tier 4, valid until 06/10/2011.
Got Entry Clearance PSW 06/02/2011 valid until 06/02/2013. Continuous lawful residence is not broken as I left the UK before valid leave expired and obtained fresh entry clearance. Off course, the absence from the UK was less than six months.
I was further granted an Entrepreneur Leave to remain on [18/04/2013] valid until [18/04/2016].
I was then granted Spouse visa on [30/06/2015] valid until [28/01/2018].
I applied and was granted for extension for Spouse visa on [15/01/2018] valid until [28/07/2020].
I now submit this application for indefinite leave to remain on account of my 10-years lawful residence in the UK

Entry and Exit:

151 Days in 2011
Remaining’s are under a month so in total days outside UK is 321.

Life in the UK test is done and holds an English masters degree to meet with language requirement.

What is your opinion on above? Any complications? Any issues which I haven’t realised yet?

My only concern was regarding an entrepreneur visa I had for 2 years. I did not extent it though instead I switched over into Spouse visa.

My concern is I did not get my business going hence did not work officially. They might ask some questions on that. Can It cause me any trouble? Your view?

It is not an issue as long as you switched to spouse visa before your Tier 1 Ent visa expired.
