Hi ,
I came to UK on Tier 2 ICT in April 2013 and my husband came to UK in September 2013 on Tier 2 General Visa , we both are working in UK on our own individual visas.later I moved to Tier 2 General dependant visa in March 2017 . Now my husband got his ILR through Tier 2 G route.
1) Am i eligible for ILR since i completed 5 years in UK?
2) If not when I can apply for ILR?
Thanks in advance!!!

No. You need 5 years residence as Tier 2 General dependent before you qualify to apply for ILR.
2) If not when I can apply for ILR?
March 2022, or within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your dependent visa issue date.

You can continue to extend your Tier 2 Dependent visa until you meet the requirements for ILR. An extension is granted for 3 years.
2) If i have to change to anyother visa please let me know
Not necessary.
