ILR employer letter not dated

I am applying for indefinite leave to remain via the tier 2 general route. I have worked for two different employers on tier 2 general. My former employer has sent me the letter I need for confirming my annual leave for my absences with all the dates listed BUT I just noticed they have not dated the letter itself at the top as you normally would. Does anyone think this would be a problem? Don’t really want to ask for another letter because the head office is in Spain so the first letter took two weeks to arrive

I believe it is important that the letter is dated.

OK thanks. I have asked the previous employer to resend me a new one that is dated.
To speed up the process they've sent me the new one via email, which is stamped with the official company stamp and signed by the HR Manager (they don't use company headed paper so used a stamp instead).

Will this scanned copy they've emailed me suffice or do they need to post this to me? I know all documents must be original but this looks like it is so hoping it will be fine.
