Financial Documents for Self Employed Tier 2 Dependant

Hi,

My wife (Tier -2) dependant is now eligible for ILR after completing 5 year period and has her premium appointment booked. The main Tier application i.e. husband (me) who acquired ILR on the basis of 5 year Tier 2 route has now left the permanent job and started a private limited company. I am now the Director the company while my wife is 50% shareholder in that company. She also gets paid basic income for Finance & Admin job.

My question is, what financial documents other than last 3-month bank statements should I submit for both of us with her application?

1. Is it just 3 months bank statements required or letter from accountant too?
2. Does the accountant have to be ACCA or CIMA? What to do if my accountant isn't a certified list of organisations?
3. Do we need to provide a letter of her employment contract etc?

Also, do we still have to provide co-habitation documents because filling online form doesn't list that as required documents?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated because I feel I could be overcomplicating the application but equally do not want to leave a chance.

Many thanks in advance.

My wife will be applying for her ILR after completing 5 years on Tier 2 dependant visa. I have already acquired ILR so my name is mentioned on the online form.

1. Do we need to submit cohabitation documents?
2. Do I need to agree for third party consents and verification in the form?

Thanks
