I have submitted an online application for "Indefinite Leave to Remain" under the category - Partner of a person present and settled in the UK - 5-year route.

In the application, it asks for sending the checklist and the supporting documents to the below address.

Could you please confirm if the above is indeed the correct address since the manual application form has a different address specified? (Home Office, SET (M),Indefinite Leave to Remain,PO Box 591,Durham,DH1 9FS)

Could anyone please suggest if we also need to send the printed Online application form along with the checklist and the supporting documents for postal applications or it's just the checklist and the supporting documents?

It's not very clear, hence looking for some guidance who have gone through the online application of ILR?
