ILR and Citizenship for my child

Hi hope someone can answer my question.
Both myself and my wife are Australians and been working / living here for 4 years under a Tier 2 General visa. Our little girl was born here in the UK and is Australian by decent because of us obviously.
Both my wife and daughter are leaving to go back to Australia next month (potentially for good - depends on the health of family members). Its a real shame as next year she could get British citizenship under my potential ILR.
My question is - given next year i will be up for ILR, can i apply for my daughters British citizenship while shes out of the country or does she need to be in the UK for this to be processed?
Thanks in advance!

If your daughter was born in the UK, then she will be
entitled to register from anywhere immediately after a parent is granted ILR.

Be aware of the absence limits for Tier 2 migrants and the potential loss of your sponsorship if you are no longer working in the UK, which will make you ineligible for ILR next year.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. Yes I will still be sponsored and plan on staying here working legally in the UK until i was legible for ILR then application for her citizenship. As far as im aware, only one of us needs to have ILR for her to get citizenship there for my wife having issues with staying outside her tier 2 allowed window wont be an issue?
