Hi Guys

I am on Entrepreneur Visa 50000 route.iam a director and dont get any salary. i will be applying for ILR.
just a small query about the section 5 of of the SET0 application form. is it necessary to complete this section ..?

or you can fill online form and apply online. There is no such requirements about finances. But in paper form you cant leave that section.

Hi guys

I have got a couple of queries ...

1. I am on 50000 entrepreneur route. on 25th september 2018 i would be completing my five years.
my wife came in as a dependant 2 years ago and she had vaild visa until 14 november 2018.
my query is that if i apply for indefinite on or before 25th semtember , can i apply for dependant visa for my wife at the same time or do i have to wait 28 days before 14 november 2018 ...?

2. I got my extenion approved on 14 november 2016. Regarding creating new jobs after the extension was approved , my two employees continued working with me. so in SET0 application form where i need to put the employees start date. do i need to write 14 nov 2016 as their starting date or the date they joined the first time ..?
3. My visa is valid till 14 Nov 2018 but my five years would be completed on 25 th september 2018 , can i apply for ILR in first week of november.

She can apply to extend her Tier 1 dependent visa at any time but it must be before her visa expires.

If you are still waiting for ILR outcome, you will have to include a cover letter with her application.

so we can apply both at the same time say around 30 september and then in the cover letter i need to mention that i am waiting for ILR

As @CR001 said, you can apply at the same time. However, if your visa is approved quickly (before 14 nov 2018), your dependant may run short of 5 years for her ILR. This is because the extension will be granted to three years from the date the visa is approved.
The better option is to delay your ILR application by at least a month and apply together.

Start date is start date. That does not change based on your extension date.

You can apply any time between 28th August and 14th Nov 2018

Regarding the 12 months employment ater the extension, do we need to count the number of weeks or number of hours.
i am asking this because i have one employee who is doing 45 hours per week so to claim his employement,
can i send 9 months pay slips (45x36=1620 hrs)
employee with 30 hours per week normally is (30x52=1560 hrs)

CAR can easily be downloaded in a matter of minutes.
For proof of finances you can show 3 months payslips and a bank statement or letter.
What is more important is ur BB account statement or letter. One is usually enough for that.

As suggested earlier , the online application form does not include the finicial section 5 . As i dont take any salary from my company so i guess i should be alright this way and dont need to send the statement as well as suggest by marcnarth..!
