ILR premium service problem: I see date but can’t proceed

I have been trying to book an appointment for 10 days now every night at 0:0 I do find a find when I click it loads but few times it gave me a message saying time slot available on the selected date can’t remember exactly.
My question is when am I clicking at save and continue option after I have clicked at the date and see the time or after I see the message time slot available on the selected date ?because so far I haven’t got to the stage where I can see the time a lot not exactly sure what would to expect next.

Not sure after selecting the date what exactly happens and when to click at save and continue

My visa expiring on 1 October.
I need date from 6 September onward
Please suggest
What centre I should focus on
I am open to travel

If there is a slot available, you first click on any dates (there will be a lot of dates that you can click on), then the time will appear under with available date, you HAVE TO click on the time as well before you proceed otherwise it will just show you an error message and you might lose precious time.

I actually suggest you refresh the page from 8 to 9 AM apart from the midnight. I saw three slots open this morning at Cardiff center, on 7th, 10th and 13th of Sep. The other day I also saw a slot open at Liverpool centre between 8 and 9 AM.
