I have first entered Uk in Nov 2007 on spouse dependant visa however in October 2008 had to go back as my ex husband cancelled my visa but since I studied during my stay I came back to uk on PSW visa in Feb 2009 and after that got HSMP and then got spouse visa on my current husband in 2013 and currently have initial FLR M until Jan 2019 . I want to apply ILR on 10 year long residence route however I am not sure if my gap of 4 months since October 2008 until Feb 2009 will be counted or can we consider from feb 2009 until Jan 2019 however short of 1 month until 17/02/2019 to complete my 10 years from PSW . Please suggest many thanks .

Explain more about the cancelled visa, exactly what you mean by this etc?

So if your visa was cancelled (only HO can do this by the way), you would have received a letter of curtailment with a new visa expiry date stated. Helpful if you actually post the sequence of events/visas etc with all the relevant dates.

I have gone through abuse by my ex husband as my initial visa was from
05/11/2007 until 31/03/2009
However I went back home and when I returned he cancelled my entry at immigration and my visa was cancelled on 16/10/2008 at the airport

After which I was back home and we got divorced
I was issued PSW
17/02/2009 - 17/02/2011 and I came to UK on 21/03/2009

I than got HSMP
04/03/2011 - 04/03/2013

I got married and got dependant visa from back home
05/04/2013 - 16/01/2016
Got spouse FLR M
30/06/2016 - 01/01/2019
Now my husband have got British citizenship through naturalisation

I would want to apply for ILR instead of extending FLR FP as I have completed 10 years but just need to confirm if I can do that . Please advice as I don’t want to wait for another 2.5 years and than go for ILR . Thanks in advance and appreciate your help

Short of 47 days into ILR 10 years route

I need help as my current spouse dependent visa is due for extension on 1/01/2019 and I am qualifying for my 10 years continuous residence on
17/02/2019 which is 47 days short however if we exclude 28 days it’s still 20 days short .

I need to know if I can apply for ILR by post instead of spending money in extending FLR m for 20 days and than applying for ILR.

Can someone please confirm if I can apply for ILR on 10 years route straight . If anyone have recenly applied with similar situation and got visa . Appreciate the help Thanks

I'd suggest applying for FLR(M) before your current visa expires and then varying it to ILR if it has not been decided by the time you become eligible for ILR.

Write a letter and post it with the SET(LR) application. You cannot use the premium service if you have a pending application :!:
