Proof of absence of Immigration History for SET(LR)

Dear all,
I have 21 absences that do not exceed 180days within 12month, 500days within 10years.
Most of them I have stamps on my passports and the dates those are not stamped on my passport I got the certificate of entry & exit from my country in English.
My question is, do I need to prove the dates I left the UK which have never been stamped on my passport?
All I have is the entry stamps of each country where I travelled to. I also have very limited occasions that I can provide flight tickets as my previous email has been hacked
Can you please advise what I should do?
