Hi,

I am going to complete 5 years on pbs dependent visa and have to apply for an ILR .My husband is a british citizen now and previously had tier 1 (general)visa and had settled on a 5 year route.

I got my first visa as pbs dependent on 4/06/2013and entered uk on 31/08/2013 and I have a pbs dependent visa valid till 07/02/2020 from my last extension.

I wanted to know
1-which form should I apply with?
Flr(M) or Set (o) form ?
2-Are there any financial requirements for dependents?
3- How many days of absence away from uk is allowed ?

Thankyou so much .

1. It is form Set(O) if you are applying for ILR.

2. No.

3. No absence limit.

Hi Folks,
I have a query regarding my wife's application for ILR. A brief details about me is I had Tier 1(G) and became British Citizen through 5 years route of Tier 1(General). My wife came to the UK in August 2013 as a dependant and in this month of August 2018 she completes 5 years and becomes eligible for ILR so I wonder if anyone can answer my below queries please.
1.What find of application form she needs to fill out for ILR?
2. What different documents she needs to supply to Home Office?

Appreciate your help.

Regards,
