I am starting a new topic only to ask about my visa and passport.

My husband applied ILR along with my Tier 1 dependent extension visa in June 2016.
He has received the ILR and passport back in July 2018 but i have not.

We believe that my application was sent to a different department internally?

I was not required to send any paper work to support my application as i am only a dependent on him.

We thought that we will receive both the passports back at the same time but it has been more than a month now.

Any ideas why the delay would be or how can we bring my application to their attention.

As your partner granted ILR, Ideally you should also be granted 3 year dependent visa. You should ask the UKVI about your visa progress and they will answer you as it is already 2 years.

I have tried to ring UKVI number of times but no one is helpful. Can you please advise how can I chase them up as it's been more than a month my husband has got his passport and I need to travel urgently?

Can anyone please suggest what can be done in this scenario, how can I chase my case as applicant has already got his ILR 5-6 weeks ago?
