Hello All,

Can you please help me to find the min salary requirement for soc code 2139.

I am eligible for ILR in the month of may 2019 hence what should be my Gross salary for ILR to qualify.

You need to do the following:

1. Open the SOC list: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... illed-work
2. We need to look at the Experienced Rate for the code 2139. This specific rate is based on source "Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings 2016" which is based on 39 hours per week as indicated in the Introduction part of the SOC list page.

So, they currently require £28,900 for 39 hours. If you work different hours you can calculate the salary based on your working hours.

This is as of today as they might update this figures anytime so you need to check regularly.

However, as per https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... sed-system you need to earn at least £35,800 if the date of application is on or after 6 April 2019.

As the salary for 2139 is below that you will need to make sure you salary is at least £35,800 by the time you apply for ILR. So that is the minimum salary you will need to have.

As post previously, I am on Tier 2 General and eligible for ILR on May 2019. My query is that can my dependants apply at the same time along with me.

The dates are as follows.

Main applicant and dependants Tier 2 visa approved on 03/06/2014
Main applicant and dependants travelled to UK on 24/06/2014

As the main applicant can apply ILR 28 days before (from the Tier 2 approval date). Can the dependent apply along with the main applicant.

Kindly clarify.

Hi All,

Can you please help me with the documents that is required for Dependent when applying for ILR with Main applicant via Tier 2 to ILR under 5 years route. Also the requirement states that , we have to use Set(O) form but unable find out any requirements for financial documents like payslips / P60 /minimum salary for dependent.
