Would the following suffice?

This letter is to confirm that XXX has been employed by XXX Limited as Application specialist since 9th June 2014 on a full time, permanent basis. His current gross salary is £27000 (raised from £26000 per annum on 1st of July 2018). XXX was entitled to two weeks of fully paid paternity leave, which started on 8th May 2018 and ended on 22nd May 2018.

(Since was fully paid for paternity leave attaching last 6 months payslips/statements) Or should I send 12?

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Any advice please? For SET M guidance there is no mention for 'is required for the job/ will be employed in the foreseeable future'. All it says is

1. (i) the person’s employment and gross annual salary;
2. (ii) the length of their employment;
3. (iii) the period over which they have been or were paid the level of salary relied upon in the application; and
4. (iv) the type of employment (permanent, fixed-term contract or agency).

And in case of Maternity/paternity -

1. (i) the length of the person’s employment;
2. (ii) the gross annual salary and the period over which it has been paid at this level;
3. (iii) the entitlement to maternity, paternity, parental or adoption leave; and
4. (iv) the date of commencement and the end-date of the maternity, paternity, parental or adoption leave.

So should this suffice? Anyone know any different? Any comments will be useful, thanks.
