ILR Absence document

Hi,

I will be applying for ILR soon and over my period of stay here, Between December 2012 & February 2015 I worked for a different sponsor/Company than I am in now. I have approached them many times to provide me with a confirmation of absences from the UK and they have refused/ignored my requests.
I have only one absence in the qualifying period that is over 30 days and two that are over 20 days. (December-January periods during the Christmas).

I have the Following documents instead:

P60 for 2013-14 from my previous sponsor
Salary slips for 2013-14 from my previous sponsor
Entry/Exit stamps on my passport for all travels out of UK.
Ticket booking with return for absences over 20 days.
Bank Statements for the last 5 years including that period.

Are these documents sufficient? If not, what else can I provide to justify residence? Any help/advice in this regards will be very much appreciated.

PS: With my current company/sponsor I am able to get all relevant support including confirmation of my absence so thats not a problem.

Thank you
Rakesh

Absences of more than 30 days per residence year will certainly need the employer letter

The 36 days is between 29/11/2013 and 6/1/2014 so it includes Christmas bank holidays and Weekends.

so what happens now? do I need to Subtract those days?

The 30 days limit generally excludes the public holidays. This is all in the hands of the case worker and whether he/she decided to apply discretion
