Good Afternoon All

I am on Tier 2 General PBS dependent visa till 02/11/2018. My wife already got her ILR in February 2018.

My wife got her Tier 2 General visa in October 2012 for there years. I was granted visa on 21/10/2013 as her dependent till 31/10/2015 but I came to UK on 09/11/2013. we bot got our visas extended for another 3 years till 03/11/2018. Being here for 5 years she applied for her ILR in Feb 2018 and successfully got it. now I have doubts about my eligibility for applying ILR.

Am I eligible for ILR under 5 years route as I entered UK on 09/11/2013, so my 5 years will be calculated from this date or the date I was granted the visa i.e 21/10/2013.

What is the earliest and latest I can apply for ILR?

which form I need to use?
what documents will be needed.

Thanks
