Holiday 2 From 23-12-2015 to 07-02-2016 = 46 days
Holiday 3 From 06-04-2017 to 01-05-2017 = 25 days
Holiday 4 From 14-12-2017 to 28-01-2018 = 45 days

Situation:
On my second day of the last holiday I got laid off work so I was technically unemployed during my leave. However after re-entry in UK I found new job and got COS assigned in FEB and got VISA (T2 change of employment) but now I can not get employer letter confirming my absence of last 45 days out of country from my previous employer.

Question:
Can I still apply and get ILR without the absence letters as my holidays are lot less than 180 days? I obviously left it on no good terms with them so I don't think I can get any letter from them.

I have seen cases where people have not submitted absence letters from previous employers and still got the visa.

Any expert opinion or am I over-thinking this too much?

One more thing 60 days unemployed period (245AAA(b)) rule is taken out from ILR eligibility and continues employment but the real question is can you travel outside of UK during that period or not?

The bigger issue is you having got back into the country while no longer being employed...

How is that an issue in obtaining ILR?

Any advise from experts? Do I qualify for ILR? can I provide self certified letter for the employment gap?
