My ILR situation

Hello all,
Please find below my immigration history
1. 2008 to 2010 as student dependant
2. 2010 to 2011 psw dependant
3. 2011 to 2016 tier 1 general dependant
We applied for ILR in 2016 but it was refused based on tax issues. We are still at the administrative review stage now but I have qualified for ILR based on long residency.
Please what do you think are my chances?
Also all my documents are still with the home office, should I just submit my form with a cover letter?
Thank you in anticipation of your responses.

The same tax issues will be raised when applying for ILR under long residence.

Thank you Casa for your prompt response.
My solicitors said, it will not affect me as I am a dependant. He said it is a separate application and that it was my husband that the tax issues will affect.
Please kindly clarify this.
Thank you

Uncertain if they will
use 276B(
ii)(c), your 'association' with your husband and his tax problems, against you?
