Hello everyeone,

I'm on Tier 2 planning to apply for ILR end of October 2018. My immigration history is as follows :

Visa Type Start Date End Date
Tier 4 -- Jan 2010 -- Nov 2011
PSW -- Dec 2011 -- Nov 2013
Tier 2 -- 26-Nov-2013 --valid till 26-Nov-2019

After I got my initial Tier 2 on 26-Nov-2013, I went to my country for 2 months (agreed with the employer) and joined back in Feb 2014.

I'm confused whether I'm eligible to apply for ILR after 26-Oct 2018 or 26-Jan-2019?

Please advise.

you can apply 5 years from 26-nov-2013 minus 28 days (which is NOT 26-OCT-2018) via Tier 2 PBS 5 years route.

You are qualified to apply from 29th Oct 2018 and not 26th Oct. safer to apply on the 30th Oct
