ILR 5year eligibility calculation

Hi, I would really appreciate if someone can help me with my ILR application eligibility date.

Here are my case dates:
September 2012: First Entry in UK on a Tier 4 Visa for a Master’s Course
July 2013: Course studies and Term time finished
September 2013: Started job off-term on Tier 4 visa while awaiting course completion certificates and degree
14 November 2013: CoS assigned for a permanent job with same company after receiving university degree. Work start date on CoS was 18 November 2013
22 November 2013: BRP issued (Tier 2 General)
27 September 2016: Job changed and new BRP issued (Tier 2 General)

As my BRP was issued on 22 November 2013, am I correct in understanding my eligible period starts on that day with 5 years completing on 22 November 2018.

28 days before that is 25 October 2018. Please could someone advise what is the first date that I can make an application - is it the 25 October 2018 or after that?

Thanks a lot

When to apply for ILR - Tier 2 General

I have managed to confuse myself reading different documents.

Completing 5 years on 22 Nov 2018 for ILR based on 5 years continuous residence. All other requirements are on track so no issues there. Planning to book a same day appointment.

When is my eligibility date? 28 days before 22 November 2018 is 25 October 2018. Am i correct in understanding I can apply on lets say 26 October 2018 or have I completely missed something here?

Anytime WITHIN 28 days before 22 November. It doesn't have to be on the 28th day but ANY of the 28 days.

Remember that if you apply in person even one day early, you risk refusal.
